Complaints 

This space is intended for any complaint against Miravillage, under Law No. 93/2021, concerning the general regime for the protection of whistleblowers of infringements.
At Miravillage, our employees have the duty to act in accordance with the standards of diligence and ethics. When performing their duties and in the relationship, both with people internal and external to Miravillage, employees are subject to the Code of Conduct and Ethics and the Code of Good Administrative Practices.
If you are aware of information, facts or evidence about infractions that have already been committed, with a high probability of being committed or that are already being carried out by Miravillage employees, you must report them to the company through our platform.
 

When communicating a complaint to the entity, whenever possible, provide a detailed explanation of the alleged violation, including information such as dates, identification of people and entities involved, and, as possible, documentation.
You can communicate the complaints to Miravillage in person or through our other channels, such as by phone, email or registered mail.

Identity protection

When providing information, evidence or facts about possible infringements related to the market abuse regime, you can do so anonymously or by identifying yourself. We consider the nature of the information transmitted as sensitive and confidential information, and the access and exposure of any personal information will only be limited to people who, in order to follow up on the complaint, need to know the information.
 

We advise whistleblowers to provide at least one means through which they can be contacted by the responsible person if necessary. If you choose to remain anonymous, you must not submit any other personal information or information that would allow your identification.

Miravillage guarantees the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity throughout the process or until such time as this information is required in the context of investigations.

Procedures applicable to the reception of complaints

All complaints received by Miravillage will be analyzed in depth and with the utmost attention, always trying to be resolved by dialoguing with the parties about what happened, applying the principles of good faith and common sense.
After submitting a complaint, Miravillage informs you, in writing, of the receipt of the same and of any information, facts or evidence, in electronic format or by letter, if a contact has been provided for this, within a maximum period of seven days.

Depending on the content of each complaint and its specificity, Miravillage may request additional information from the complainant, in order to deepen the knowledge of the complaint presented.
 

All reports must be made in good faith and on reasonable grounds. We remind you that sharing false information, evidence or facts and slanderous reports constitute a very serious offence.
